Why We Exist
We care about who owns our future.
We want our jobs to be kept local. We want wealth to be shared with those who helped build it, and we need to retain the businesses we depend on in our rural communities.
We provide flexible, personalized support so employee ownership can be practical, as well as rewarding, for everyone involved.
We are based in Colorado, passionate about the rural West, and happy to travel nation-wide.
